Terms of Service

Who can buy

We currently sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Products and availability

• Our notebooks are made in small batches, so quantities are limited. Products marked "Sold out" are not available for purchase.
• We limit orders to 5 units per design, so more dog people get a chance to adopt one.
• We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If we find a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund, even after you receive a confirmation email.

Orders

Your confirmation email means we received your order and payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is no longer available, or if the order violates these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Shipping times, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

Your submissions

When you send us a phrase or other content, you confirm that it is your own and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or include offensive material. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish and lightly edit it (for example, for length) on our site, social media and products, together with the name you provided. We decide which submissions to publish. Votes for the next breed help us decide, but we're not obligated to release any particular design.

Our content

The Yes My Dog! name, logo, notebook designs, photos and all other content on this site belong to Okra USA LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. For example, don't try to disrupt it, access it with automated tools to collect data, or place orders you don't intend to pay for.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okra USA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when you placed them.
