Our notebooks

What size are Yes My Dog! notebooks?
Every notebook is A5, which is 5.8 x 8.3 inches (14.8 x 21 cm). It has 100 ruled sheets and a spiral-bound hardcover.
How much does a notebook cost?
Each notebook is $19.99. Shipping is calculated in your cart from your address, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Which dog breeds do you have?
There are four notebooks, each starring a dog caught red-pawed: Wiener Dog (Dachshund), Puig (French Bulldog), Gorki (Corgi) and Golden (Golden Retriever). You can vote for the breed you want to see next on our Vote page.
Do you sell the matching plush toys?
Not right now. The plush toys are sold out, so for the moment we only sell the four notebooks.
Do the notebooks make good gifts?
That is what they were made for. Every notebook arrives wrapped in Yes My Dog! paper with our sticker, ready to give. Our gift guides have more ideas for dog lovers.
How many notebooks can I order?
You can order up to 5 of each design per order, while stock lasts.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which may take a few extra days. We do not ship internationally yet.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge exactly what the USPS Ground Advantage label costs us, with no markup. The price depends on your address and how many notebooks you order, and you see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We pack and ship orders within 3–5 business days after payment, and USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers 2–5 business days after that. If you are ordering a gift for a specific date, allow about two weeks.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@yesmydog.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can fix the address or cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns and problems with an order

What is your return policy?
You can return unused notebooks in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will reply with the return address. You pay for return shipping, and the original shipping cost is not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
What if my order arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to send anything back.
My package says delivered but I can't find it. What should I do?
Check around your property and with your neighbors, then contact your local post office. If it still does not turn up, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with USPS.

Who is behind Yes My Dog!?
Yes My Dog! is a brand of Okra USA LLC, based in Texas. We make goodies for people who believe dogs make life better, starting with notebooks inspired by real dog mischief.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
